A snapshot of duties include:

 · Respond quickly and professionally to all customer inquiries through various channels (phone, in-person, email, social media) which can range from products, services, pricing, availability, service requests, trouble tickets, and more.

· Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions while building customer relationships and earning trust.

· Process new orders and installations, troubles and apply payments.

· Create and maintain various Excel spreadsheets and become proficient with our cloud-based ERP platform.

 We are looking for a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A decent technical aptitude and a penchant for basic accounting won’t hurt either. If you possess passion and care about customers as much as we do, we want to hear from you!
