Central Scott Telephone/CS Technologies, Inc. – Account Relations Position

Central Scott Telephone provides innovative services for our customers in the North Scott area. This includes Internet, Television, and local phone service. In the Iowa/Illinois Quad Cities we do business as CS Technologies, Inc. offering Internet and local phone services.

We are currently looking for a part-time (25 hrs./week; Noon to 5 PM) front-office staff member for our Account Relations team. To qualify for this career opportunity, job requirements include:

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor with excellent listening, verbal and written skills especially when dealing with customers.
• Work across multiple areas of the company to insure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to enhance customer relationships and communicate technology solutions.
• Customer Service and/or sales experience required.
• Data Entry and Computer experience required.
• Experience in the telecommunications or cable television industries preferred.
